These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from Camaraderie of Hues. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Camaraderie of Hues (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “the Shop”). By browsing this website and purchasing our artwork, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. The terms include without limitation price, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, date, period and mode of delivery related to products and services and after sales services related to products and services.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Artist Ownership: All artwork, designs, images, and text on this website are the sole intellectual property of Camaraderie of Hues.
Usage Restrictions: The purchase of a physical artwork or digital print does not transfer copyright to the buyer. You may not reproduce, resell, modify, or commercially exploit any artwork without explicit, written permission from Camaraderie of Hues.

3. Orders and Payments

Pricing: All prices are listed in [Currency, INR] and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Razorpay. Orders will only be processed once full payment is cleared.
Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of the artwork accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your display settings. Since each artwork is uniquely handcrafted, slight variations are possible in, but not limited to texture, strokes, color.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Physical original art and prints mentioned as “in-stock” or “available” will be packaged and shipped within 15 business days. Any commissioned artworks’ shipping time will be intimated separately to the consigner.
Shipping Fees & Taxes: Shipping costs and any applicable import taxes/customs duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Damages: Utmost care will be taken for packaging and shipping with a reputed partner, yet in an unfortunate event of damage while shipping it would not be possible to exchange or return of the item due to nature of original artwork.

5. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Due to the unique nature of original art and handcrafted artifacts, all sales are final with no option of cancellations. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

6. Warranty Disclaimer (“As Is”)

Artwork Condition: All artwork is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the artwork will meet your personal aesthetic expectations, or that materials (such as canvas, paper, or ink) will not naturally age, fade, or alter over time due to environmental exposure.
Website Availability: We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or completely free of temporary errors. Your use of this website is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Camaraderie of Hues is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India.
